Purpose<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions of sale govern the distance selling of compact discs (CDs) offered on the website vincentprezioso.com (hereinafter the \u201cSite\u201d) to private buyers (hereinafter the \u201cCustomer\u201d). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Seller<\/h2>\n<p>The CDs are sold by Vincent Prezioso, a private seller. His postal address is provided to the buyer on the order page, before the order is confirmed.<br>Contact: <a href=\"mailto:contact@vincentprezioso.com\">contact@vincentprezioso.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Products<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cVincent Prezioso and Friends\u201d<\/strong> (CD, 2022): available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cMOODS by Vincent Prezioso\u201d<\/strong> (CD): available for pre-order, delivery planned in December 2026, ahead of the album\u2019s official release in February 2027 on Prima Classic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CDs are sold while stocks last. The images shown, in particular the provisional MOODS cover, are not contractually binding.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are shown in euros. As the sale is made by a private individual, VAT does not apply. The price of one CD is \u20ac15.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs are added to the price of the CDs. They are calculated automatically according to the delivery country and the number of CDs, for a single shipment per order:<\/p>\n<table>\n<tr><th><\/th><th>1 CD<\/th><th>2 to 3 CDs<\/th><th>4 CDs or more<\/th><\/tr>\n<tr><td>France and Monaco<\/td><td>4 \u20ac<\/td><td>6 \u20ac<\/td><td>8 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr>\n<tr><td>Europe and Switzerland<\/td><td>6 \u20ac<\/td><td>12 \u20ac<\/td><td>17 \u20ac<\/td><\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>The total amount is displayed before the order is confirmed.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Order<\/h2>\n<p>The Customer selects the CDs on the Shop page, then enters their details and delivery address on the Order page and chooses a payment method. Submitting the form constitutes a firm order, subject to payment. The seller reserves the right to cancel any abnormal order or in the event of a previous dispute with the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>PayPal or credit card<\/strong> via the secure PayPal platform. Card details are entered directly on PayPal and do not pass through the Site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bank transfer<\/strong> : the bank details and the order reference are displayed after confirmation. The order is processed once the transfer is received. If payment is not received within 15 days, the order may be cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>CDs are shipped by La Poste to the address provided by the Customer, in France, Monaco, the European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. They are shipped within 5 working days of receipt of payment, except for the MOODS pre-order CD, which will be shipped in December 2026. La Poste delivery times are given as an indication only.<\/p>\n<p>For shipments outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway\u2026), any duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged to the recipient and remain their responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>If a parcel is lost or damaged, the Customer is invited to contact the seller as soon as possible at contact@vincentprezioso.com.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n<p>The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return one or more CDs, without having to give a reason, by informing the seller by e-mail at contact@vincentprezioso.com. CDs must be returned new, in their original sealed packaging; an unsealed CD cannot be taken back.<\/p>\n<p>Return costs are borne by the Customer. The seller refunds the price of the CDs and the initial delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the returned CDs.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Defective CDs<\/h2>\n<p>A CD that is defective or damaged on receipt will be replaced or refunded, at no cost to the Customer, on simple request to contact@vincentprezioso.com, in accordance with the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n<h2>10. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The data collected when ordering is necessary to process and deliver the order. It is processed in accordance with our <a href=\"https:\/\/vincentprezioso.com\/en\/politique-de-confidentialite\/\">privacy policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>11. Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>For any complaint, the Customer can write to contact@vincentprezioso.com. The seller undertakes to seek an amicable solution with the Customer.<\/p>\n\n<h2>12. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
